Palmolive Fresh Infusions Dish Soap Review - Influenster

Have you tried the new Palmolive Fresh Infusions dish soap? If not, you really need to!

There are three scents currently available, and I kind of hope they come out with more eventually:

• Basil Lime
• Lemon Thyme
• Ginger White Tea

Overall, I think they're amazing. The scents are very strong without being overpowering and they're pleasant. To me, they smell more like hand soaps than your typical dish soaps and I think that's a big part of the appeal.

My personal favorite scent is the Ginger White Tea. I think I'm partial to this scent because several years ago I had a lotion/shower gel from Bath & Body Works in a similar scent. It was amazing and I always loved using it. I was so sad when I'd finally used it all up. Now, I don't need to spend so much money on lotions and body washes to be able to enjoy the same fragrance!

A 16 oz. bottle of Palmolive Fresh Infusions retails in the $3 range and is available at Walmart and Target. It may be available elsewhere as well, you'll just have to check your local stores. And that my friends is a whole lot cheaper than shelling out $5+ to smell a similar scented lotion or body wash.

Now I know what you're thinking: dish soap =/= the same as body wash/lotion. No, it doesn't and I wouldn't use either of them interchangeably but if all I'm after is the scent, this is a great alternative. My local Walmart is also very much closer than my local B&BW, thus saving gas as well.

Another great perk of these dish soaps is that the scent will fill your kitchen as you're doing dishes. I love when dish soaps that smell this great keep my kitchen smelling good even after the dishes are done. It's like a bonus air freshener built in!

Aside from the great scents, this dish soap bubbles well. To me, that's an important part of dish washing. I always feel that once the bubbles have died down some the cleaning power just isn't left in the water in anymore. That hasn't been an issue for me at all with this dish soap. Even after the bubbles have gone away and the water looks like the dish soap has probably lost all of its cleaning power, just running a little more hot water into the dish pan brings all the soapy, bubbly goodness back.
