July 4th Desserts - Foodie Friday

It's a little past July 4th, but hey at least it's still July! At any rate, here are some of the yummy things I made for our cook-out.

The assortment included chocolate dipped Oreos with sprinkles, bite sized brownies with caramel in the middle and chocolate dipped marshmallows with sprinkles.

I used regular white and milk chocolate bark for the Oreos and marshmallows.

For the marshmallows, I just used white chocolate bark and colored it red and blue. Of course the red turned out more pink so I decided to dip them all in the colored sugar sprinkles. It gave them a very festive look.
